At Labels Resale Boutique, we want you to love your pre-loved luxury finds; however, due to the unique nature of consignment, we offer returns for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition with all boutique and designer tags still attached to be eligible for a return.

Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal to request a Return Authorization or visit our boutique location with your original receipt.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to our boutique using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects and approves the item's condition, a digital gift card for the full purchase price will be issued to your email.
